Terms and Conditions of Sale
Use of this website and requests for quotes or orders imply acceptance of the following terms:
Ordering and Approval Process: The order is considered final only after written approval (via email or platform) of the mockup (final digital design) by the customer and receipt of the agreed payment or initial deposit.
Responsibility for Review: The customer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of sizes, numbers, names, colors, and the position of logos in the approved design. Once approved, ATLÉLITE assumes no responsibility for errors in the details validated by the customer.
Production Times: The official delivery period begins on the day after Final Design Approval and Payment Confirmation. Estimated times are [15 to 20 business days].
Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not entered the production phase (cutting or sublimation). Once the production process has begun, it is not possible to cancel the order.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Custom Products (Team Uniforms)
Due to the custom nature of our uniforms with specific logos and numbering, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once the product has been delivered according to the approved design.
Sole Exception (Defects): Claims will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect (sewing error, printing error, or size/number/name error that does not correspond to the approved order).
The customer must notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receipt. ATLÉLITE undertakes to repair or replace defective garments at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
Customer Responsibility for Designs: By providing logos, crests, or trademarks for customization, the customer expressly warrants that they own all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for their use.
Disclaimer: ATLÉLITE S.A. DE C.V. acts solely as the manufacturer of the uniforms. We assume no responsibility for copyright or intellectual property infringements arising from the use of designs requested by the customer. Legal responsibility rests entirely with the customer.
